Campaign Details
Curios 1 As a part of “The palliative care day”, we conducted a carnival on 18, 19 and 20 th of January 2019, with the view of: Spreading the message of IPM and palliative care, Fundraising for patient care, Involving young generation in compassionate activities. It was a grand success in terms of student volunteers participation, huge number of foot falls (more than 40,000 people attended the event) and innovative events like Story Telling, Talk Shows, Death Cafe and lot of activities with fact and fun like Musical Events, Food Festival, Flea Market, Games, Art and Literature, Workshops, Street Music, Drama, Magic Shows. It was one of its kind in the world in palliative care.
Curios 2 After the grand success of Curios - The Carnival in January 2019, IPM is conducting the second edition. We are working towards atleast 60% of increase in glamour and events this time. The program is expected to feature 300+ artists, 90+ selling stalls, 3000+ volunteers and 60000+ footfalls. Let us together touch the lives of our fellow beings in distress. On the other hand, we denounce with righteous indignation and dislike men who are so beguiled and demoralized by the charms of pleasure of the moment, so blinded by desire, that they cannot foresee the pain and trouble that are bound to ensue; and equal blame belongs to those who fail in their duty through weakness of will, which is the same as saying through shrinking from toil and pain. These cases are perfectly simple and easy to distinguish.
